Great place for kids to visit various farm animals are easily accessible. And the park Farm is very stroller-friendly. If you have kids or just want to see animals for a few minutes it's worth it if you're in the park. It is a very small farm you could see all the animals in under an hour but if you have children that might be plenty of time.
My daughter (toddler) enjoyed hay ride (horse carriage) and pumpkin patch (we went in October). They have lot of farm animals. Lot of activities for kids. After visit to the farm we biked around the lake. They have nice biking trail. Overall the park is great.
Nice and small. Very easy to see all the animals and accesible. Perfect to visit with little kids. Great bonus when you visit Kensington Metropark
This past weekend was the fall festival. They had various venders, a clown, bee keeper presentation, various animals, hay rides it was really nice. They also do presentation on maple syrup. There is a self guided tour of the maple syrup area they we really enjoy. In all the years we've been to Kennsington, the was our first time to the part of the park.
great little reminder of the farm land back home. excellent place for kids to get a fun experience and the staff are friendlier here than other sections of the lake. its a fun inclusion to ad to you day trip to the lake.
